Description: Toque style hat of black velvet and black ottoman (wide ribbed fabric). Flat top of crown in ribbed fabric. Sides are 7-1/4" tall and crushes down over head. Top sides of velvet. Lower sides have band of velvet and ottoman which cross in center front and are sewn head to head in center back. Lined in yellow, orange, off-white and tan floral print faille with brown lines.
