Description:
Shirtwaist style dress of blue/ white pin tucked plaid cotton and machine tatted lace. Street-length. Short sleeves with lace cuffs; underarm gussets. High neckline with lace trimmed collar and corded tie of matching fabric. Two rows of chevon shaped lace insert bands on lower skirt with lace along hem. Attached gauze petticoat with boned waistband. Center back zipper closure (broken).
