Hat of black felt. The crown is designed as a shallow dome with front hatband of wide black velvet ribbon with a large bow. Wide circular brim turns up at back and is secured with two wide vertical bands of same black velvet ribbon. Unlined; headband of black grosgrain ribbon. Elastic band for securing hat to head.

Hat of beige fur felt. The high, domed crown is wrapped by a wide silk satin ribbon woven in a Madras-inspired plaid of olive green, orange, yellow, red, and tan. The ribbon extends for a significant distance off of the back of the hat to become streamers, and is held at the back of the crown by a circular conch of white shell. The asymmetric brim is set off-center, with wider sections at front/right and shallower sections at back/left. All edges turn up, with a higher area at front/right. The hat is unlined, retaining much of the pelt on the underside of the brim and inside the base of the crown.

Pillbox hat of magenta satin. Sides of crown with horizontally pleated twists of self material give turban effect. At front of hat is pewter-toned metal and rhinestone ornament with pink feather spray. Ornament is square shaped with large, red faceted stone and four small, red faceted stones in each corner of the square. Around crown is fine magenta netting/veiling. Lined in black. Hat of red felt. Hat has a high, domed crown of smooth red felt. Around the base of the crown is a wide hatband made of a mosaic of various types and colors of feathers. At one side is a cluster of ostrich and spotted guinea feathers forming a pom-pom, with one long curling brown striped pheasant feather extending up and back. The wide felt brim is somewhat asymmetrical, and curves down except for near the pom-pom, where it waves upwards. Headband of red grosgrain ribbon; unlined. Wide V-neckline with wide notched collar and lapels. 3/4 length sleeves cut in one with jacket body supplemented by two triangular shaped gussets under the arm. Lapped center front opening with one large, round, plastic, pebbly textured, light blue button and inseam (yoke seam) buttonhole supplemented by single snap and hook&eye. Fronts have bias cut yoke which cuts across bust line. Lower front pieces are also bias. Self fabric belt at waist goes through holes in front and side panel seams and ties just around the fronts, leaving back straight. Vents at hem below belt holes. Fully lined in blue silk. A) Black cotton sateen party dress with iridescent floral pattern. Scooped neckline. Natural waistline and full, 32" ballerina-length skirt. Three-quarter bishop sleeves with 2 iridescent black buttons on band at wrist. A 1" invisible zipper at left side. V-neck back wraps and crosses. Sewn at waist, a 1 1/2" single flat pleat is located 7 1/2" from the bottom hem of the skirt. Designer label at inside back shoulder; "Laura / Ashley / Made in Great Britain" Care and content label underneath designer label. Numbered label under care and content label; "3238" B) Cummerbund fabric sash belt ties at waist in back.

Royal blue jersey knit dress. Wool princess-line sheath with rounded neckline and full-length set-in sleeves. Short zippers at wrist. Two faux fold-over pockets at hip-line. Centerback closure with six buttons neck to hip; one hidden covered snap at neck and two at waist. Bust area yoke lining in blue silk. bust-to-hip lining at sides and back in blue chiffon. Stomach area lined with muslin and blue silk. Shoulder pads. Hemmed with blue chiffon.

A) Cotton sage green penefore with pink and lilac floral print. Scoop neckline. Sleeveless with 2 green plastic buttons at each shoulder. 3 green plastic buttons at left waist. Ballerina-length. Full skirt with 5 box pleats at center front and 5 box pleats at center back waist. With a 1" single pleat at waistband. Numerical label underneath care and content label; "3182" B) Ivory lambswool cardigan sweater. Wide lapels trimmed in brown lambswool band. Five metal and enamel buttons center front. Decoration includes pink. Sage green, and brown flowers and paisley patterns embroidered at front of sweater and at cuffs of long sleeves. Sweater may be worn over pinafore.

Shirtwaist dress and belt/sash of striped cotton broadcloth. A) "House dress" style dress is street-length, in various patterns of woven striped cotton broadcloth. It has a center front opening that extends the length of the dress and secures with 7 gold-colored metal buttons set with colored rhinestones and on hidden hook-and-eye closure at waist. The wide collar is primarily in yellow with very narrow stripes of orange and blue. The bodice is of vertical stripes of reds, purples, pinks, etc. The skirt, which gathers into the natural waist, is in vertical stripes of blues with thin maroon and green accent stripes. The short sleeves are in stripes of blues, red, yellow and white, and have french cuffs secured with metal rhinestone-set cuff-links. The dress is unlined. B) Accompanying belt/sash is of the same fabric as the sleeves, and is finished at the ends as cuffs with sewn-on cuff-links matching the sleeves. Designer's label sewn inside at back collar: "Todd / Oldham". Four labels sewn inside skirt at side seam: Content: "100% / Cotton" Care: "Dry Clean / Only" Size: "S" Origin: "Made / In U.S.A." Center front opening from neckline to below waist, secured with tiny hidden snaps and single hook and eye at waist. Attached self belt at waist, the ends of which cross over and secure with pairs of hooks and eyes to side seams. Skirt is gathered at waistline. Hem with black chenille fringe. Bodice partly lined with sheer black organza across shoulder blades at back. Attached inner shoulder pads. At waist is wide inner boned belt that hooks at front and is shaped somewhat like a corset, to lower edge of which is attached black silk lining of skirt.
