Center back closure of two hook & eyes.

Detachable collar of brown mink with 4 bands of brown mink, two per side, which snap at collar (3 snaps) and hang down at front. Center front closure, which fastens with double-strand ribbon belt from interior at right to loop on left edge of coat. Fully lined in cream silk, with applied silk monogram quilted to lining: "RYL". Three-quarter sleeves are ruched at forearmR ruched self fabric attached from shoulders curve at waist to side seam at hips. Drop waist skirt has a mountain peak seam at front and pleating at front left and right, and at back. Mid-length. Center-back zipper closure.
- Ensemble - Dress and Bolero Jacket
- Evening ensemble in orange and taupe crepe. The sleeveless, full-length dress is of taupe crepe, and has a "V" neckline in front and a deep "V" in back. Around high waist is a wide band of orange crepe outlined in gold braid and oval simulated pearls. The band is heavily beaded in faux coral and turquoise beads in various patterns and floral motifs. The bodice of the dress gathers into the front of the band, and has a zipper and hook-and-eyes closure at left side. The Bolero jacket is of the orange crepe. The cropped jacket has a rounded neckline and long sleeves. The neckline, center front opening, and lower hem is heavily beaded to match the band on the dress, with added faux turquoise beading in floral forms on the front panels of the jacket. No labels in either garment.

- Dress of pink taffeta with a yellow, pink, and blue abstract floral watercolor pattern. Three ruffled tiers below dropped waist; supported by pink net matching neckline. Neckline and sleeves of sheer pink net, sleeves are ruffled; five pink vertical buttons at neck. Closed in the back by seven snaps.

- Girl's pinafore dress of white cotton. Sleeveless with ruffles around armholes, white work embroidered flowers around neck and middle of skirt. Ties at back. Closure of four buttons down the back at top of bodice.

- Hat of camel-colored cashmere felt. The crown is roughly cone-shaped, swelling at center and flattened at an angle at the top. Hatband of black grosgrain ribbon, below which the hat swells out to become the asymmetrical brim. At right side(?) is black grosgrain ribbon bow with attached trailing golden tan/brown ostrich plumes. Hatband of black grosgrain ribbon. Sewn onto the inner ribbon is designer's label: "Walter Florell / 29 East 53rd New York". Label at center back inside neckline: "Milgrim". B) Full length evening dress of matching fabric. Sleeveless, wide straps. Moderate neckline with "bow" effect at front. Just below knot of bow is accent of brown mink. Slight train to back of skirt. Side zipper closure. Fully lined in green silk crepe matching jacket. Label inside skirt: "Milgrim" C) Muff of matching fabric. Large trapezoidal shaped muff, the front with two large tiers of mink tails and a large bow with floral pattern in tiny white seed beads accented in gold beads and with scrolling gold embroidery. Zipper compartment on back. Label inside pocket: "This Article / 10 Year Guarantee" "Berlou / Moth / Proofed"

- Tricorne of light green straw, black and orange velvet. The hat is designed as a traditional tricorne, or "three-cornered-hat", with a low cylindrical crown of green straw, slightly domed. The wide brim of green straw curls up on three sides, and has cut-back arches at corners. The underside/facing of the brim is lined with black velvet, and edged with a thin band of orange velvet, which is tied in a bow at center top edge of one side. Crown is unlined, but has inner hatband of a striped/plaid fabric. Designer's label inside: "Original / Ruby Ross / California"

- Beach clogs of painted wood, and red and yellow leather. The thick wooden soles are painted in a marbled pattern of greens and yellows on red ground. The toe-box is formed of two wide crossed leather straps, one red, the other yellow, each affixed to the sole by large-headed nails/tacks. The heels have red silk cord which is threaded through hole passing through the sole and tied around wearer's ankles. The modified French heels are painted to match the rest of the soles. Measurements: Length 23cm Width 7cm Height 8.5cm at heel without straps) Heel 8.5cm (2 7/8") high.
