Child's dress

Description: Girl's dress of mint green polka dot cotton lawn. White lace-trimmed peter pan collar. Short puffed sleeves. Fitted bodice is trimmed with two vertical rows of lace and black velvet; bow of matching black velvet at neckline. Hemline trimmed in white lace and has two black velvet bows on front at sides.
