Dinner dress

Description: Formal dinner dress of black crepe. Full length. Long sleeves have wide elbow cuffs of orange crepe; orange crepe continues from elbow to wrist; zippered wrists. Square neckline bound in black net at bottom; neckline forms very light revers at sides. Drop waist gathers in front and forms draped gathered panels in back which join at the center back.
