Hat of beige gabardine. Bucket shaped crown; tall; narrow at top; wider at bottom. Three quarter inch topstitched self hatband. Stiff downward brim double topstitched.
Hat of light navy blue felt. Brimless, the hat has a domed crown, sloping gently at front and more steeply at back, with slight "under-cut" at back and back of sides. The edges of the hat extend under and back towards crown, creating a "under brim", which gives the illusion that the hat is "floating" above the wearer's head. Hat is unlined, with inner black grosgrain ribbon hatband, and a short length of grosgrain ribbon across inside front of crown to help hat keep its shape. No labels.
Hat of cobra skin. The hat is designed with a cylindrical crown, flattened at top, encircled by a narrow hatband of same snake skin. The circular brim slopes downwards.
