Description: Evening dress/ballgown of black with white polka dots taffeta. Full length, slightly flared skirt with spaghetti strap shoulders. Bodice of six layers of black and matching polka dot pleated ruffles. Under structure of black taffeta is straight with 16" added gathered ruffle at hemline to give fullness to dress. Chûjô-hime
