Fly opening at center back neckline with two large abalone buttons with bound buttonholes reinforced with snaps. Two large patch pockets placed low on hips which wrap around side seams from front to back. Knee length. Fitting darts at bust. Lined in natural colored silk. Combined retailer and designer label: "Neiman-Marcus Dallas / Traina-Norell" B) Matching 4 inch wide belt of self fabric. False closure on front right trimmed with two large abalone buttons. Closure at front left with two matching buttons. Bound buttonholes.

Description: Ensemble of turquoise blue linen. a) Day dress of turquoise blue linen. Set-in waistline. Sleeveless with wide armholes designed to show side panels of camisole under dress. Below knee length. Shallow, wide rounded bateau neckline slightly lower in back. Center back closure of three self-covered buttons with snap and bound buttonholes cut on a slant. Zippers at left and right with hook & eyes. Lined in matching turquoise blue silk. Combined designer/retailer label on inside lining at right seam near hem: "Norman Norell for Neiman-Marcus" b) Camisole of white silk satin with turquoise blue linen side panels. Narrow shoulder straps of white organdy. Center back zipper closure. c) Stole of turquoise blue linen; 12-3/8" x 50". d) Narrow tie belt of turquoise blue linen; 7/8" x 62-1/2".

Description: Cocktail suit of tomato red velvet with mink trimmed collar and cuffs. A) Jacket of red velvet. Elbow length sleeves trimmed with mink at cuffs. Standing collar with mink trim. Center front opening. Two large patch pockets at side seams. Lined in red silk crepe. Combined designer/retailer label at center back neckline: "Bonwit Teller New York / Traina-Norell" B) Skirt of red velvet. Street length, straight with two patch pockets at sides. 1" waistband with center back closure of four self covered buttons and bound buttonholes. Unlined. C) Blouse of brown satin. Notched collar with exaggerated point. Center front opening with one self covered button imitating a cufflink at bust line and snap near hem. Long sleeves with French cuffs and slit. Bound buttonholes with buttons or cufflinks missing.

Description: Formal dinner dress of black wool crepe and lavender satin. Bodice of lavender satin with short, puffed sleeves and low rounded neckline in front, higher in back. Sleeves with elastic gathering at openings. Front of bodice with vertical gathers. Back with open slit and lavender satin drawstring closure at neckline. Empire waist. Skirt of black wool crepe, full-length. Center back zipper in skirt begins at join to bodice where bodice is slit. Unlined. Combined designer's/retailer's label sewn in skirt, behind Neiman-Marcus id label: "Neiman-Marcus Dallas / Traina-Norell".

Description: Daytime coat of camel brown/tan wool. Street-length or longer, with rounded shawl collar. Double breasted with 6 large circular black silk faille-covered buttons in two vertical rows of 3 each; bound buttonholes. Closure reinforced with two small circular black plastic buttons inside. Two slit. Double welt pockets at sides. Long sleeves with turned-back cuffs showing black silk faille lining. The coat is lined in black silk, with wide bands of black silk faille at cuffs, collar, and sides of opening. Combined retailer's and designer's label at inside back neck: "Neiman-Marcus Dallas / Traina-Norell"

Center back zipper closure with self-covered button and buttonhole on collar at back. Skirt is street length with slight A-line. Unlined skirt. No labels in dress. B) Fitted jacket of of blue heathered wool herringbone knit. Long sleeves with cuffs of black Persian lamb. V-neckline trimmed in black Persian lamb. Left side closure with two circular black metal buttons at shoulder and four matching button on left side seam. Lined in black silk crepe.
