Fitted tubular satin slip insert at hips with A-line over skirt of cream chiffon trimmed in 6" band of baby ostrich feathers (swans down?) to just below thigh. Full length lower paneled skirt is flared. Bodice lined in self with grosgrain ribbon petersham; skirt unlined.
