Description: Evening dress of black chiffon with silver and gold glittered decoration. Silver glitter in rectangular pattern overlapping roses in gold glitter. Applied in dots that appear to be glued to the chiffon. Full length with long sleeves having 3/4" black satin cuffs secured with 2 covered snaps. Keyhole neckline which extends to center front opening to hem; edges of neckline and opening trimmed in 3/4" black satin. Opening is secured with eleven self covered buttons with chain-stitched loops and reinforced with hook & eye at top and at natural waist; only first five buttons are functional. At natural waist is a 2-1/4" black satin ribbon belt that forms a bow at the center front opening and secured with hook & eye and snap behind the bow. Sleeves are lined with extra layer of black chiffon, and body of dress is lined in silk polyester(?). Designer's label at top center back: "Ferdinando Sarmi" Care label beneath designer's label: "Dry Clean Only"

Description: Evening dress of layered green chiffon. The full-length dress has an empire waistline, a high rounded jewel neckline, and long sleeves with zippered cuffs. The dress is composed of a top layer of chiffon with gold metallic thread embroidered dots/circles, the bodice and sleeves with further embellishment of scattered rosettes of gold beads and sequins, and single sequins. The waist is ornamented with bands of gold beads (spherical and wheat), and sequins spreading from waist upwards. The dress has an under-layer of heavy green silk crepe. from bust to hem. Center back zipper with hook & eye on bodice and 2 snaps on chiffon below bodice. Designer's label at center back seam of lining below zipper: "Mollie Parnis / New York"

Lined in green silk. Designer's label at left side seam near hem: "Mollie Parnis / New York" With belt of matching material, approximately 1 inch x 3 yards in length.

Description: Ensemble of printed silk of blues, turquoise, pinks, maroon, green on white ground. Stylized plant/scroll/seaweed forms. A) Blouse - Waist length, with round neckline and short sleeves. Center-front opening with 5 self-covered buttons domed with bound buttonholes and hidden, covered snap just above waist. Lined in cream. Designer's label at center back: "BH Wragge / 69" Retailer's label at side seam: "Lou Lattimore / Dallas" Union label Manufacturing label: "Lot 3 / Size 10" B) Skirt - Above-knee-length, two gore skirt. Slight seaming from the 1/2" waistband. Side zipper with hook and eye at waistband. Lined in white cotton(?). No labels in skirt.

Description: Cocktail dress in a pink, blue and green chiffon print with gold thread embroidery in paisley pattern. Cocktail length with gathered skirt. V-shaped neckline trimmed in ruffle of self. Long, set-in sleeves with ruffled cuffs of self. Set-in 2" waistline has snap indicating dress possibly had a belt or attached bow at one time. Center back zipper with hook & eye. Outer dress is backed in green organdy and body of dress is lined in green silk. Designer's label at center back seam of lining: "Mollie Parnis / New York" Union label "340192" under seam beside designer's label.

Description: Dress of diagonally ribbed silk of off-white with deep red/orange, large paisley print. Long sleeves with 2" cuffs secured with two self-covered buttons and loops. Above the knee length. 2.5 inch standing collar. Collar closes in back with self-covered button, loop and 4 snaps. Horizontal seam across bust and deep, inverted box pleats falling from sides under bust line; pleats mirrored in back. Four self-covered buttons below collar secured with loops down center back. Zipper in back center from beneath buttons. Lined in ivory silk crepe. Designer's label at center back: "Donald Brooks"

Description: Three-piece suit of pink/lavender wool yarn with cream, yellow and green highlights in exaggerated weave pattern. A) Jacket. Hip length, with center front opening having three circular gold-tone buttons with reliefs of lion heads with oval buttonholes. Sleeves are 3/4 length and adorned at lower edge with a false cuff turned back to reveal pink facing, forming a square, with two matching buttons (1 missing). Standing 2-1/2" collar. Two front flap pockets lined with pink fabric and finished with welted edge at opening. Lined in quilted pink silk satin. Jacket is weighted with "Chanel" chain at hemline. B) Blouse of pink silk. Banded rounded neckline. Sleeveless; hip length. Princess seams. Center front opening with hook and eye at neckline and 4 self-covered buttons and oval buttonholes. String loops at sides for belt at natural waist (missing belt). Lined in self. Description: Day dress of blue and white linen blend(?). Semi-fitted empire bodice with narrow standing collar and short sleeves. Center back zipper closure from neck to hip line with hook&eye at neck. Contrasting white waistband giving the impression of a wide belt. Four blue insets simulate belt loops. Center front lapped detail on "belt" with two bound buttonholes and nonfunctional, round, blue shank buttons. Above-the-knee flared skirt with side seam pockets low on hips. Piece lined in blue and white cotton. Designer's label stitched off-center back, below collar: "Marie McCarthy / for / Larry Aldrich" Retailer's label at bottom left side seam of dress: "Bloomingdale's / Green Room" Union label and size tags on center back inside seam.

Description: Floor length day dress. Long sleeves with gathered opening at bottom of sleeve. Bodice of brown wool ribbed knit with kimono style sleeves and gusset at underarm. Brown ribbed knit stops on sleeves above elbow. Bottom of sleeve out of wool jersey knit in brown and purple rectangular checked pattern. Rounded neckline. False layered effect at neckline out of same brown and purple rectangular checked print. Skirt gathered at waistline and constructed of wool jersey knit in large brown and purple checked pattern. Center back lapped zipper closure. Designer label: "Rudi Gernreich design for / Harmon Knitwear"; "14" Care label: "Dry Clean / Only / 100% wool" With belt of brown wool ribbed knit. 1 1/4 inch wide. Silver colored metal cap finishes one end, while silver colored metal adjustable buckle is on other end. Engraved in metal buckle "SOLID BRASS / made in / USA"

Description: Textile. Rectangular panel of handwoven cotton/wool, with fringed ends. Mexican weaving, in the Saltillo style, done in reds, blacks, blues, greens, and white. Inlay designs with central diamond shape formed of chevrons and diamonds, width-wise stripes of gradated colors, and bands with short trapezoidal gradated bars of color.
