Description: Toque of magenta pink velour. Designed as an over-sized pillbox, the hat has a cylindrical crown, flattened at top, embellished at top with magenta beading in a stylized flower-head design, and with scalloped band of beading around the sides of the crown. Below the crown is a thin "inner band" of same velour, slightly inset from crown. The hat is lined in red fabric, and has an inner black grosgrain ribbon hatband laid over an off-white grosgrain band. Retailer's label inside: "Neiman-Marcus".

Center front opening with 9 black plastic circular buttons with bound buttonholes. Large patch pockets at sides. Lined in red silk. Designer's label at inside left seam of lining: "Norman Norell / New York" Retailer's label at center back neckline: "Lou Lattimore / Dallas" b) Black satin bow. Attaches to neckline of dress under the collar with two large covered snaps. c) Black patent leather belt. 1-1/2 inches wide with square buckle covered in same. Backing of tan leather. Back stamped: "14 / Norman Norell"

Description: Evening dress of black wool crepe. Shift style. Sleeveless with rounded neckline having a deep scoop in back. Knee length. Left side zipper with hook & eye. Lined in black silk. Designer's label at left seam near hemline: "Norman Norell / New York" Union label to left of designer's label. b) Attached belt of matching black wool crepe. Four inches wide with two circular self covered button and bound buttonholes off center to left. Sits low on hips.

Description: Hat of wine-red velvet. When seen from above, the low crown is shaped as a quatrefoil, with four projecting, down-turned lobes. The sides of crown and the lobes have black braid appliques of scrolling forms. Inside of the crown is lined in black fabric and has a coral/faded pink grosgrain ribbon inner hatband. On either side are stiff black-covered wire loops to help secure hat to wearer's head. Sewn to inner ribbon band is label: Sally Victor / 18 East 53rd St"

Description: Hat of beige cotton(?). The crown is designed as a five-sided pyramid constructed of five triangular segments that have concentric chevrons of top-stitching. The cylindrical lower edge has horizontal top-stitching, and a lower band of beige and gold brocade ribbon. Hat is unlined, with inner beige cotton(?) hatband. Designer's label: "Taj of India tm"; Retailer's label: "Neiman-Marcus".

Description: Pumps of silver lamé. Designed with a squared toe, the plain uppers have a "sweetheart" shaped vamp embellished with crystal beads in scrolling forms. The thick, chunky heel tapers to base and is rounded at sides and back, covered with same fabric as the rest of the shoe. The shoe is lined in gold leather. Brand stamped inside right shoe: "Erica" Retailer's label stamped inside left shoe: "Neiman Marcus" Handwritten inside: "9LL 1017A / 8b22.3A"

Long sleeves with turned-back cuffs trimmed with black flat cording and two small black fabric covered buttons each with two bound buttonholes. Two pockets trimmed in matching cording. Lined in blue silk. Combined designer/retailer label at center back neckline: "Neiman-Marcus Dallas / Traina-Norell" B) Skirt of navy blue wool with woven, checked pattern. A-line and knee length with nine panel construction. 1 1/2" waistband with left side zipper and four hook & eye closure. Unlined.

Unlined with petersham of black grosgrain ribbon fastened with hook & eye.

Description: Dress of black wool knit. Skirt gathers into waistline seam. Five rhinestone buttons at center front opening below waist and seven above; closure at neckline reinforced with two snaps. Hook and eye at waistline. Long set-in sleeves with five working buttons each. Knee-length. Black satin bow which is attached at the neckline. Clear rhinestone buttons are formed by large center stone surrounded by 10 smaller stones. Side slit pockets. Unlined. Retailer's label at inside neckline: "Balliets / Oklahoma City, Okla." Belt of black satin. Three inches wide with rectangular self covered buckle. Three rectangular machine-made, barred buttonhole style buckle holes. Back of belt stamped: "6 Norman Norell"
