Dress of off white linen and crochet knit joined in wide strips. Round neckline; cap sleeves, nearly sleeveless. Straight silhouette; knee length. No closures.
Dress of sheer peach organdy. Street-length, short standing collar with open square notch at front of throat. Short sleeves. Short center-front opening below collar notch, secured with 2 hidden snaps. Left-side under-arm opening with 2 further hidden snaps. Dress is ornamented with stitched detail. Vertical stitching and pintucks on bodice start below yoke and continue to waistline "belt" formed by more stitching. A-line skirt ornamented with further vertical stitching and pintucks running from "belt" to hem. Unlined. No labels.

Evening dress of ecru, brown and orange rayon satin with a leaf and flower motif. Full length; sleeveless. Neckline is slightly squared in front and drops to deep cowl in back. Draped shoulders form ties/sash around to center back waist and pass through slit and over cowl to drop down center back. Skirt is straight in front with dropped waist and gathers to two tiers in back giving slight trained effect. Pleated black taffeta under lower gathered tier in back. Left side zipper added at later date.

Waistcoat of gray wool. Double breasted with peaked lapel and closure of six brown buttons; four welt pockets on front. Machine worked with a great deal of hand finishing. Half belt in back with buckle. Lined in ivory silk; interior wallet pocket with flap and button closure. No labels.

Dress of blue, green, pink, and black taffeta and satin in horizontal woven bands. The full-length dress has a sweetheart neckline which gathers at bust to simulate a bow. The fitted bodice has short raglan-style sleeves with gathers at the shoulder seams. The long skirt is gathered at the natural waist. The dress is unlined, and has hook-and-eye closures on left side along bodice.
Dress of nylon with gold metallic embroidery. The fabric is a printed nylon with abstract ikat floral designs in browns, yellows, and oranges on a cream ground, with areas of metallic embroidered leaf forms over the whole of the dress. The formal dress is full-length, with a slight train. Sleeveless, it has wide straps and a shallow rounded neckline, which deepens into a V in back. The natural or low waist has seaming below below the bust to create a band of horizontal ruching just above the waist. The skirt has wide, deep scalloping around the edges. On the back of the dress is a bow of the same material, set just above the lower back. From the hips around to the back are added panels of the same fabric forming tiers of ruffles, and two long panels are attached below the ruffles to hang down back. Closure along left side, alternating snaps and hooks-and-eyes. The dress is unlined, although the back ruffle panels are lined in a dark mahogany brown/red silk. Sewn in ribbon with hand-written notation: "72 20 499 29-327/979" (faded)
Dress of embroidered pale gray rayon. Embroidery on bodice, upper arm, front and back of lower skirt; bracelet length sleeves with uneven cuffs and front belt trimmed with lace, 15 tucks on sides of shoulders sewn in belt at waist; french seams.
Men's shirt of ecru silk with front button closure. Wide banded collar extending into tie. Stemmed mother of pearl buttons; long sleeves with french cuffs. Retailer's label at center back neckline: "Neiman-Marcus"
Hat of brown velveteen. Designed somewhat as a cloche, the close-fitting crown is shaped to fit around the head almost as a cylinder with lower edge that follows up and around face. At top of hat is a circular disk which is set with a starburst of small pearls. Around the top of the crown is a further ring of pearls, and on each side over ear are a small starburst of pearls. Front of hat is supported by under wire. Headband of brown grosgrain ribbon; lined in quilted golden fabric. No labels in hat.

Ladies' handkerchief. Square of aqua blue fabric, edges scalloped and with white embroidered edge. At one corner is field of white embroidered rose buds and dots, and monogram "C". Each other corner with a few white embroidered rosebuds and circles. No labels or signatures. Approx. 14 1/4" square.
Ladies' handkerchief. Square of fine white lawn with thin pulled-thread openwork line edge. One corner cut down and replaced with lace, and with small pink, green, yellow, and purple embroidered flowers just near lace. No labels or signatures. Approx. 11 1/4" square.
Purse of off-white linen with brass metal broad plate embroidery and a polychromatic flower pattern in embroidered design resembling filet lace. Double serpentine chain handle of brass attached at top; twist-lock closure of metallic gold on flap. Lining of light peach satin fabric with one patch pocket piped in gold. No labels. Three-piece ensemble of navy blue wool tweed with white silk threads. A) Cape. Falls below hips. Constructed with applied bands or plackets of self giving the appearance of pleats. No collar; rounded neckline with modified suspender self bands at neck that extend down to waist and secure to the pair of buttons on the waistband of the skirt. Padded shoulders. Lined in white satin. Remains of label, mostly illegible, in pieces, covered with crepeline. "65-67 Champ ........ Paris" B) Blouse of white satin. Collarless with piped, rounded, high neckline and string tie at front (decorative). Long, set-in sleeves gathered into cuffs with single button and tailored buttonhole at each cuff. Front with wide center and two narrow vertical pin-tucks. Center back closure with 7 circular shell/mother-of-pearl buttons and tailored buttonholes. No labels in shirt. C) Skirt. Street-length, A-line with 1-1/2 inch waistband. Two pairs of circular dark blue buttons on waistband for securing "suspenders". Left side zipper with four sets of hook-and-eyes (one missing). Simulated pleats, sewn down, with vertical strips of same fabric sewn to skirt giving illusion of further pleating. Unlined. Label on waistband to left of zipper: "Made In France"
