To determine major areas of stress for adolescents, ninety-six sixteen and seventeen year olds were given a questionnaire which listed thirty-two situations which the subjects ranked in degrees of stress. The hypotheses examined the degree of family related and social related stress, the relationship of stress to age and sex, and the correlation between grade average and degree of stress.
