Retrospective Perceptions of Parent-child Relations as a Variable in Personality Traits of Prison Inmates

Description: The purpose of this study was to examine the retrospective perceptions of parent-child relations as measured by the Roe-Siegelman Parent-Child Relations Questionnaire (PCR), personality characteristics as they appear on the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and types of crimes of prison inmates, specifically divided into aggressive and non-aggressive crimes.

Piece for Orchestra and Prepared Tape

Description: This composition is a two-movement work for orchestra and prepared electronic tape. The second movement preceeded by a solo tape prologue. The work requires approximately twenty-five minutes for performance. One of the purposes for the composition of this work was to explore the possibilities, potentialities, and limitations of combining orchestral resources and taped electronic material.

The Influence of a Return of Native Grasslands upon the Ecology and Distribution of Small Rodents in Big Bend National Park

Description: In the southwestern United States there is a delicate balance between the existing grasslands and the rodent fauna. The purpose of this investigation was to determine the influence of secondary succession of native grasslands upon the ecology and distribution of small rodents. Two methods of determining the rodent species were plot quadrates and trap lines using Sherman live traps.
