This report, by the University of North Texas Center for Economic Development and Research, is an update on previous studies of the direct and indirect economic impacts of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Light Rail Transit (LRT) system. This report by the University of North Texas Center for Economic Development and Research gives an assessment of the fiscal impacts of transit-oriented development associated with development of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)light rail system. This analysis considers development near existing and planned light rail stations.
