The painting consists of many bright colors in flat fields with black lines and outlines. The shepherd brother is in the background herding sheep and in the foreground is the second brother holding a large club and peering over his left shoulder.

Description: The work depicts space in a canyon like fashion. Irregular shapes run through the work and from the edges are dropped perpendicularly gradated lines that create form and space. The illusion of space is also created by the gradations from white to pink to purple.
