Serge Jaroff and His Don Cossack Choir: Two Rare Scores at the University of North Texas Music Library

Description: This narrative gives details on Serge Jaroff's Don Cossack Choir, which first began in a Turkish concentration camp in 1921. The author highlights the how the choir's music has personally affected her, while also giving details about the history of the choir and how the group went on to tour around the world. Deaf Smith County: Frontier Communities of the Llano Estacado Grant Materials
