Comparative Ultrastructural Study between Young and Adult forms of Trypanosoma Lewisi

Description: The purpose of this study was to examine the ultrastructure of both young (dividing form) and adult (stationary form) of Trypanosoma lewisi. A Comparison of the Child-Rearing Attitudes of Disadvantaged Chicano and Black Mothers

Description: Hypothesized in this study are the following: (1) that there are significant general differences between the childrearing attitudes of disadvantaged Chicano and Black mothers, (2) that their respective attitudes significantly vary on particular subtests of maternal attitude, and (3) that demographic variables, such as age, number of marriages, nativemigrant status, and level of education will affect significant differences in response on a number of specified attitudinal subtests.

Description: The purpose of this thesis is to construct the homology groups of a complex over an R-module. The thesis begins with hyperplanes in Euclidean n-space. Simplexes and complexes are defined, and orientations are given to each simplex of a complex. The chains of a complex are defined, and each chain is assigned a boundary.
