Floral hat

Description: Hat of fine white Abaca Sinamay. Styled as a modified breton with upturned brim, the 4" high crown is gently rounded with a wide, twisted hatband of the same material. 17" across, the wide, circular brim extends out and curves out and up and is faced with artificial flowers in red, white, blue, and yellow silk. The crown is unlined with a headband of white grosgrain ribbon. Designer's label: "Ian / D" with small red rhinestone attached at upper right corner
