Description: Picture hat of black felt. Low, domed crown of black felt with hatband of inserted black felt and trimmed with large white rose of white grosgrain fabric at front left. The wide, wired brim has a shallow curve downwards and is edged with a wide band of off-white grosgrain. The underside of the brim has two concentric bands of off-white grosgrain.
