Description: Hat of camel-colored cashmere felt. The crown is roughly cone-shaped, swelling at center and flattened at an angle at the top. Hatband of black grosgrain ribbon, below which the hat swells out to become the asymmetrical brim. Headband

Description: Headband of black felt draped and decorated with brightly multicolored plaid silk taffeta. Loop of plaid fabric in front held by large brass hatpin with head of three branches of three leaves each. Ends of fabric tie in back with hanging, frayed ends.
