Description: Dickey or bib of white sheer organdy formed as a "herald's tabard" with front and back panels fastened at shoulders and by belt tie. Front with six horizontal pin-tucks. Rounded neckline with applied leaf-shaped panels embroidered with cream thread to form edges and veins. Tie belt threaded through pocket in panels.
