Evening dress of black faille with black tulle trim and rhinestones. Sleeveless. Full-length; full skirt with black tulle trim on the hem. Asymmetric, set-in waistband. Round neck in front and low V in back. Back has a fan-like panel just below the waist that is trimmed with tulle. Neckline has a 1-1/2" band of rhinestones in sprayed design that becomes a large circle at the back waistline then fans out in a spider web-like design on the back panel.
