Styled somewhat as a "sailor hat", the low, slightly domed crown is encircled by a band of matching dark blue grosgrain ribbon, with a shell-shaped decoration of the same ribbon at front left. The narrow brim is basically flat, with a slight rolled edge. The hat is unlined, with a black grosgrain ribbon inner hatband. Retailer's label: "Seidenbach's / Tulsa, Oklahoma"

Description: Hat of hot pink felt and artificial flowers. The low, cylindrical crown has a very shallow conical top, and a very narrow band of same felt around base, which ties at bow at back. The shallow brim, of the same felt, is slightly "wavy" at outer edge, and turns down slightly.
