Description: Evening suit of amethyst acetate with gold braid, embroidery and beads. a) Jacket in a short fitted style with long sleeves. Collarless with gold lace trim around neckline, center front and hem. Hidden center front closure of 4 large, black fabric-covered snaps supplemented with 2 hook & eyes. Fabric is woven with gold threads in a scalloped design embellished on front panels with gold beads and large gold teardrops. Gold lace trim also around armholes. Lined in amethyst satin acetate; padded shoulders. Victor Costa Sample label pinned to center back neckline with large Saks Fifth Avenue paper tag. b) Skirt of amethyst velvet in straight style. Knee length with 1" waistband. Center back opening with zipper and hook & bar on waistband. Lined in amethyst satin acetate.

Description: Ensemble of red silk with bead embellishment. a) Jacket of red silk. Notched collar with band of garnet colored seed bead rope edged in matching bugle beads around collar. Closure of five self-covered buttons with bound buttonholes and supplemented with a snap at the collar. Two side patch pockets are trimmed in a looping, scalloped band of beads matching the collar with vertical lines of bugle beads "raining" over the pockets. Pockets are outlined in matching bugle beads. Long, set-in sleeves. Fully lined in red silk satin; padded shoulders. Joint Designer's/Retailer's label at inner back neck: "Michael Faircloth / at / Lilly Dodson" Style/Model(?) label sewn to bottom of above label: "0382" b) Skirt of red silk. Straight with 1-1/2" waistband elasticized at back. Two darts at front; knee-length. Lined in red silk satin. Joint Designer's/Retailer's label at center back waist: "Michael Faircloth / at / Lilly Dodson" Joint Designer's/Retailer's label at inner back waistband: "Michael Faircloth / at / Lilly Dodson" c) Blouse of red silk satin with wide, V-neckline and short sleeves. Pull-over style with 2 darts at bust. Unlined.

Designer's label at center back neckline: "Midon" Cleaning instructions label beneath designer's label: "Professionally / Dry Clean Only" b) Matching skirt. Waist gathers into a 2-1/2" waistband. Below knee length. Center back zippered closure with 4 hook & bars on waistband. Side slit pockets. Lined in black fabric. c) Blouse of black organza with bands gold and silver lamé. Long, fitted, set-in sleeves gathered at shoulders. Collar forms rectangular tie. Closure of four gold eye-shaped buttons with circular black onyx centers and barred buttonholes. Lined in black fabric.

Description: Ensemble of silver thread silk brocade in a pattern of vertical wavy lines. A) Jacket is full-length with stand-up collar that is open with elongated V at front. Center front opening to waist with 6 crystal buttons with loops of self-fabric; open to hemline. Long set-in sleeves with 4-3/4" bell cuffs. Shoulder pads; lined in grey silk crepe. Designer's label inside: "Michael Faircloth" B) Straight skirt is full-length with 18" slit at center back. 1-1/4" waistband with center-back zip and hook & eye closure. Lined in grey silk crepe.

Description: Suit of yellow charmeuse silk embellished with chenille in a spider mum floral motif. a) Bolero style jacket. Fish mouth collar closed with self covered button. Long, set-in sleeves with three self covered, non-functioning buttons and bound buttonholes at hem. Fully lined. Designer's label at center back neckline: "Michael Faircloth / at / Lilly Dodson" b) Skirt of matching silk. Full, below knee length; gathers into a 3" waist band with four tucks. Four self covered buttons and fabric loops at left side. Fully lined in yellow silk with stiffened net underskirt. Designer's label at center back: "Michael Faircloth / at / Lilly Dodson" Label under waist of under structure: "Makola" with size tag beneath: "M" c) Shell blouse of yellow silk. Rounded neckline; sleeveless. Princess seams. Side seam invisible zipper and invisible center back zipper. Fully lined.

Description: Dress of black silk taffeta. Mid-length, with shallow boat neckline and natural waistline. Long, full sleeves are gathered into shoulders and into tops of wide cuffs, which have five cloth-covered buttons. Front bodice with bust darts and a vertical opening secured by cross laces through nine pairs of silver-colored grommets set with tiny rhinestones. Skirt gathered into waist, and has pockets at sides. Center back zipper with top hook and eye. Fully lined. Designer label at back collar by zipper: Mollie Parnis Boutique / New York Retailer label obscured by bottom hem: Saks Fifth Avenue

Description: Picture hat of coiled braided straw. The 4" high domed crown is encircled at the base by a pale purple/lilac ribbon with artificial violets at back with 4-lobed bow and trailing ribbons. The 5 3/4" wide brim is slightly floppy, curving downwards. Hat is unlined, with inner off-white grosgrain ribbon hatband. Designer's label at inside: "From My / Private Collection / Frank Olive" Origin label inside: "Made in Italy"

Yoked shoulder forms cowl neck. Center back opening with small black round button and string loop.

Description: Dress ensemble of white net lace embellished with silver bugle beads and tiny silver sequins, and beige silk chiffon: A) Dress of beige silk. Bodice with round neckline and no sleeves, and 2" band at empire waistline; 9" upper portion of skirt of floral embroidered net accented with bugle beads and sequins with rows of scalloped bugle beads at bottom from which full-length beaded fringe falls to hem; skirt continues to full-length with vertical stripes of floral lace and silver bugle beads. 18" slit at center-front; center-back zip closure; fully backed with tan crepe. Designer's label near waist inside dress: "by Alfred Bosand / New York". B) Top of white net lace embellished with silver bugle beads and silver sequins; bust and long sleeves of vertical stripes of floral lace and silver bugle beads; lower portion and band collar of floral embroidered net accented with bugle beads and sequins with rows of scalloped bugle beads at top of scalloped collar, and below bust, separating the two sections; pull-over with elasticized waist and center-back snap closure; unlined except for band collar. No label in top.
