Description: From introduction: This bibliography was compiled to provide a source of information on the ecology of the co-occurring tunas and dolphins in the Eastern Tropical Pacific (ETP). While some of the articles give information concerning distribution and ecology of tunas and dolphins in other geographic areas, the primary focus is on the tunas and dolphins that occur together in the ETP.

Statistical Guidelines for a Pilot Observer Program to Estimate Turtle Takes in the Hawaii Longline Fishery

Description: Abstract: Statistical guidelines are described for the development of a pilot scientific observer sampling program to collect turtle interactions data from the Hawaii longline fishery. The best available data are presented and potential sources of variability in longline turtle take rates are discussed.
