Campaign Finance Policy After Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission: Issues and Options for Congress

Description: This report provides an overview of selected campaign finance policy options that may be relevant to the ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. It also briefly comments on how Citizens United might affect political advertising.
