Cybersecurity: Cyber Crime Protection Security Act (S. 2111)—A Legal Analysis

Description: The Cyber Crime Protection Security Act (S. 2111) would enhance the criminal penalties for the cyber crimes outlawed in the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).
