Veterans and Homelessness

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Description: This report provides background on the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance program (LIHEAP), originally established in 1981 by Title XXVI of P.L. 97-35 and reauthorized several times.
