Failure to Register as a Sex Offender: A Legal Analysis of 18 U.S.C. 2250

Description: Section 2250 outlaws an individual's failure to comply with federal Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act requirements. ”Dirty Bombs”: Background in Brief

Description: This report examines the legislation and oversight by Congress to protect the United States against terrorist threats, especially from chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) weapons. Radiological dispersal devices (RDDs) are one type of CBRN weapon. Explosive-driven "dirty bombs" are an often-discussed type of RDD, though radioactive material can also be dispersed in other ways. International Criminal Court Cases in Africa: Status and Policy Issues
