Campaign Finance Reform: Regulating Political Communications on the Internet

Electricity Restructuring and Tax-Exempt Bonds: Economic Analysis of Legislative Proposals

Description: Tax-exempt bonds reduce public power's interest cost on debt and enable it to lower the price of electricity.
