Disaster Debris Removal After Hurricane Katrina: Status and Associated Issues

Description: This report discusses issues associated with debris removal operations after a disaster on the scale of Katrina. In particular, it discusses why debris removal was an ongoing concern months after the hurricane, as well as factors that make debris removal such a costly, complex operation.
