Interview with former Democratic Texas Senator A. R. Schwartz, an attorney from Galveston, Texas. The interview includes Schwartz's experiences as a member of the Sixty-first Legislature, as well as his personal views on issues such as one-year versus two-year budgets, revenue bills, welfare spending, constitutional revisions, urban-rural conflicts, minimum wages for migrant workers, education legislation, unrest on college campuses, and personal legislation.
