Notes

"The letters contained herein were written by Captain Jaeger to his wife during the period July 1968-July 1969, while he was serving in Vietnam. The contents of the letters concern both personal and military affairs during the Vietnam War" (p. 2).

Since this book contains photocopies, not all of the letters are legible.
