Accutint test papers are available in
either wide, or fractional range types. The
wide range is recommended for initial de-
terminations where the pH is not known to
lie within any particular fractional range.
When the range has been determined, the
fractional papers are used to obtain greater
accuracy.
pH is measured to within 1.0 pH with
wide range and to 0.3 pH with the frac-
tional papers.

Acculute is a concentrate, from which a
standard volumetric solution can be pre-
pared in a few minutes by diluting the con-

with distilled water. Each ampoule contains
the precise concentrated equivalent of its
stated normality.
