NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF DOMESTIC SECTION 214 TRANSFER OF CONTROL
APPLICATIONS FROM STREAMLINED TREATMENT
WC Docket Nos. 11-51, 11-53
Due to possible impending limited government operations related to federal agency spending
authorizations, the Wireline Competition Bureau, pursuant to the Commission's streamlined procedures
for domestic section 214 transfer of control applications,' has removed the following applications from
streamlined processing. This is necessary to ensure the orderly processing and review of these proposed
transactions that have been accepted for filing.2 Comments and reply comments addressing these
applications that are due to be filed during any period of limited operations will be due on the next
business day after the Commission re-opens.

Authorizations, CC Docket No. 01-150, Report and Order, 17 FCC Rcd 5517 (2002). The Commission's rules
provide that, at any time after an application is filed, the Commission, acting through the Chief of the Bureau, may
notify an applicant that its application is being removed from streamlined processing. 47 C.F.R. 64.03(c).

Unless otherwise notified by the Commission, an applicant is permitted to transfer control of domestic lines or
authorization to operate on the 31"' day after the date of public notice listing a domestic section 214 transfer of
control application as accepted for filing, but only in accordance with the operations proposed in its application. 47
