CORPORATION PETITION FOR DECLARATORY RULING OR WAIVER

The Wireline Competition Bureau seeks comment on a petition filed by U.S. Satellite
Corporation (USSC) requesting that the Commission issue a declaratory ruling clarifying that revenues
derived from services USSC provides to its affiliate are excluded from its universal service fund
contribution base.' In the alternative, USSC requests that the Commission find that good cause exists to
waive rules or requirements that would subject those revenues to universal service contribution
assessment.
Interested parties may file comments on or before May 9, 2011, and reply comments on or
before May 24, 2011. All pleadings are to reference WC Docket No. 06-122. Comments may be filed
using the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS), or by filing paper copies.

ECFS: http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs2/.
* Paper Filers: Parties who choose to file by paper must file an original and four copies of each
