Medium-height heel with rounded sides and back, curving inwards and then straight down to base, similar to a modern continental heel. Stamped inside shoe in gilt: "Boston Shoe Store / New Orleans, LA" Worn by Elsie Gauthreaux at her wedding to Robert Iler, 1913. |
