Capulet of aqua blue beads and plaques.
Physical Description
1 hat. Measurements, not including veil: 14 cm. front to back; 22 cm. side to side; 12 cm. high at highest.
Notes
Openwork formed of stiffened mesh totally covered with aqua blue cast plastic plaques of floral motifs and small aqua blue beads. Black veiling with small aqua blue beads worked into the mesh at some intersections. Interior edged with thin strip of aqua velvet. Designer's label inside crown: "Bes-Ben / Made in Chicago" Second hand-written label sewn in near designer's label: "889".
