1. I have reviewed and concur with the BRAC 05 MV attribute for Soil Resiliency.
2. This concurronc signifies that, for the above listed altribute:
a. The attribute, as defined, Is an effective Installation military value measure for its
stunted purpose(s) and the'DOD criteria.
b, Thit th e mtllhodolngy supports the purpose.
c. That the cldta required supporting the model is available either within existing
Arrmy cdatabases or from open sources.
d. 'hat any weights applied within the equation are valid,
. That the cjrve of the value function Is consistent with the military value of the
