FOOTNOTES
Section 22.525(e) states in pertinent part:
A pending 900 MHz application will be amended by
subsequent application for any one-way paging frequency,
if the base station location is within forty miles of the
location requested in the pending 900 MHz application.
2 Section 22.516 states in pertinent part:
(a) Traffic load studies shall be required in the following
cases:
(1) applications which request an additional frequency
for an existing one-way signaling station ....
3 Section 22.525(b) states in pertinent part:
An applicant requesting a new 900 MHz one-way signaling
station will be deemed to be requesting additional
frequencies for its existing station if there is less than
forty miles distance between the applicant's existing base
station and its proposed base station.
4 Applicants are required to amend their applications within
30 days to reflect "a substantial change as to any . . . matter
which may be of decisional significance ...." Section 1.65 of
the Commission's Rules.
s Lehigh petitioned for relief from Section 22.525(e), asking
that the Cherry Hill application not be amended by the expected
assignment of the Philadelphia application. In fact, Lehigh's
Cherry Hill application was not jeopardized by the
proposed assignment of the Philadelphia station under the provisions
of Section 22.525(e), because the Philadelphia station
was, at the time of transfer, an existing station, not an application.
